As the Administration Officer, you are responsible to work for daily administrative operations. You also play key role in renovation and relocating projects. To make a wonderful office environment you need to give your seamless effort to all maintenance & repair work. You need to be creative in designing SOP, policy and admin procedures. Being in the role you need to help other team (i.e. security) to cope up with different challenges. The way you manage vendors that has a big impact to satisfy our internal customer. You will be reporting to the Administration Manager based in Bangladesh and support manager in ad hoc projects.

To be successful in this role, you need to be strong in communication to manage customer group. Your creativity and imagination will help you to design the interior for the office premises. Having engineering background will be preferable for this role as you need to use auto CAD for office renovation, relocation and construction. You should have profound knowledge in project management so that you can plan and execute the assign project effectively . In this role, you will be working with all functions which needs greater collaboration and teamwork. Therefore, you are flexible and customer focus while dealing with lot of urgent task and deadlines. Your sense of planning & prioritizing will help you to manage different stakeholders. You lead by example and driven by our values! You maintain good relations with all our administration vendors/stakeholders so that we have best support time to time. For different kind of contract administration, you need to be efficient with price and negotiation. You are energetic and encourage all team members to follow H&M internal routine and safety guidelines.
