Job purpose and key deliverables
Execute plans with a focus on the specific area in a shift through available shop-floor resources complying with all key control requirements delivering the committed results.
Key Accountabilities
Operational/Professional/Business:
- Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to achieve module wise volume targets.
- Ensure adherence to the manufacturing specification of a product to meet or exceed quality standards.
- Execute / monitor plans in reducing cigarette rejection and wrapping material waste.
- Respond to market complaints in the database and execute corrective or preventive measures within scope.
Management
- Measure, monitor and optimize shop-floor management tools and procedures for operational excellence.
- Analyze the trends and results of operation through monitoring tools and identify deviations to take real-time actions and/or provide input for mid to long-term plans.
- Review of shift performance along with team members.
- Drive & practice best EH&S environment for smooth operation
