Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the regular billing of the clients and suppliers
- Monitor the regular receivables and payable of the concerns
- Develop and update the quotations, invoices and vouchers
- Track the projects and collect necessary documents from different departments and make them available for billing
- Maintain a healthy relationship with both client and bank representatives

The selected candidate will be employed on probation for 6 months. After the end of the probation period, an employment contract of one year will follow. The job remuneration for Executive, Finance and Accounts position will be BDT 20,000 to BDT 25,000 (depending on experience and expertise).
Other job facilities:

Eligibilities
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in BBA, Finance or equivalent from any reputed university;
- Work experience of 1 year in the finance department (Internship period will not be considered within this time period);
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (especially VLOOKUP, IF and PIVOT TABLE) is a must;
- Advanced knowledge in Google Sheets is a must;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at hand and deliver tasks within deadlines;
- Fluent in Bangla and English (both speaking and writing);
- Excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
For Bonus Marks:
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be a plus point;
- Experience in preparing reports, proposals and presentation decks with correct formatting will be given more priority;
- Incumbent candidates experienced in supervisory/managerial roles will be given preference;
- Good taste in movies, books and music and sense of humour;
- Openness to learning new things.
