ACC Carnival- Photography Exhibition in Dhaka – 2019

Adamjee Cantonment College Photography Club (ACCPC) is proud to present “ACC Carnival – Photography Exhibition 2019”.

ACC Carnival – Photography Exhibition 2019″ comes this year, promising talented young minds of the world a grand stepping stone towards the future. Like the preceding two seasons, this year, they aim again to unite everyone under a common platform.

1.School & College – A
2.University – B
3.Photostory (School, College & University) – C

____INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHOTO SUBMISSION: _____

**Rules for Category A & B:

1. One participant can submit a maximum of 5 photos.

2. Photo Must be 3000 px (minimum) on the longer side.

3. Rename the photos as follows,
YOUR NAME_Category_Institution Name_CAPTION_PHONE NO.jpg
Example: Mahadi Hasan Rifat_A_Adamjee Cantonment College_Daily Life_01838120316.jpg

4. Mention “YOUR NAME_MOBILE NUMBER” in subject of the mail and send mail to
“[email protected]”. They shall give you a confirmation mail after receiving your mail. If you do
not get any confirmation mail from them, please mention this to our Facebook event page.

5. Both color and B&W photos are acceptable.

6. Photos containing borders and watermarks will not be accepted.

7. Only jpg/jpeg versions are acceptable.

8. Once selected, you will need to pay 1000 BDT per selected photo. You will be given your frame,Tshirt & certificate after the end of the exhibition.

9. ACCPC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time.

Rules for Category C:

1.For the photo story, you can make photo story of 3 photographs (minimum) to 5 photographs (maximum) with a story and deliver the message/actions/series of activities of the photos in the photo story. Word limit for the story is 100 words maximum.

2.Photos & Story should be in a folder and zipped.

3. Rename the zip file as follows,
YOUR NAME_Category_Institution Name_Story Name_PHONE NO.zip
Example: Mahadi Hasan Rifat_C_Adamjee Cantonment College_Connexion_01838120316.zip

4.Mention “YOUR NAME_MOBILE NUMBER” in subject of the mail and send mail to
“[email protected]”. They shall give you a confirmation mail after receiving your mail. If you do
not get any confirmation mail from them, please mention this to our Facebook event page.

5. Once selected, you will need to pay 2000 BDT for Photostory. You will be given your frames and certificate after the end of the exhibition.

6.One participant can submit one Photostory.

7. ACCPC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time.

**Submission of photos exhibited previously in any other exhibition of ACCPC is strongly discouraged.

*Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud.

*The photograph must be the sole work of the entrant. By entering, the entrant confirms that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, and claim in the photograph.

*The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
