Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in intensive Network Project Management – Initiating, Planning, Executing, Control & Monitoring and Close project for enterprise application. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Prepare & Plan cloud ready SDN for Robi.
- Planning, Initiation and Managing Data Centre & IT Network Architecture related projects.
- Understand Robi business requirement based on old, new and effective technology
- Implementation of LAN Zoning Architecture (Migration from old legacy setup). Planning and implementing new devices to make the network as per guideline.
- Follow corporate process of technology project related activities.
- Explore new suitable technology for Robi to add value in terms of ROI not compromising quality and security.
- Vendor management with proper communication and following predefined timeline.
- Collect and understand internal Robi solution requirement and proceed with supervisor’s guideline.
- Suggest in any part for betterment of unit’s related activities.
- Analyse existing system, solution and architecture for further development, expansion or up gradation.
- Review emerging technologies, provide roadmap for IT solution.
- Manage IT Network Architecture (Office, LAN, Wifi across country)
- Interface IT Network Architecture work operation.
- IT network Modernization & BAC audit closure initiatives.
- DC TX link monitoring and Optimization.
- Enterprise LAN/ WLAN TX link monitoring and Optimization.
- Update Operational hygiene as per Robi Compliance with cross-functional team.
- Maintaining the SLA for operation activity. 17. Ensuring the uptime of IP network backbone.
- Reduce downtime during network activity. 19. Introducing digital IP network operation.
- IT network Modernization & BAC audit closure initiatives.
- DC TX link monitoring and Optimization.
- Enterprise LAN/ WLAN TX link monitoring and Optimization.
- Update Operational hygiene as per Robi Compliance

Eligibilities
Educational Requirement:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering from any reputed university.
Skills Requirement:
- Hands on knowledge and experience on enterprise class solution related to IT network.
- Depth knowledge on TCP/IP • Hands on experience on LAN switch/router/firewall configuration
- Hands on knowledge with NAC, ISE, WLC, WAF and Load balancer.
- In depth skills in IT solution and system related projects.
- Ready to work beyond the limit of regular office hour even on holiday
- Communication confidence with fluency in English to deal with international vendors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- CCNP, CCNA Security certification is recommended.
- Knowledge on SDN, NFV and DNA.
- Knowledge on packet analysis using Wireshark tool.
