Robi is hiring Manager for Loyalty & Rewards 2021 in Dhaka.

The employee should be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of initiatives & programs, targeting engagement, growth / retention of high value, loyal users. Directly responsible for managing the loyalty and reward programs (including the end-to-end value chain), with cross-functional support, cross industry collaboration & internal / external partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute in developing and operationalizing strategies, business plans and cross-functional projects, for managing the loyal, high value customer base segments for dual brands.
  • Responsible for flawless execution of the Robi and Airtel loyalty and reward initiatives from prelaunch readiness to post-launch monitoring, analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for the overall health of the loyal / high value segments and program portfolio, while delivering annual business targets and future growth ambitions of the organization.
  • Contribute in developing and implementing processes and knowledge (related to Customer Referrals, Reward and Loyalty Program Management), including systems / applications / internal eco-system needed to support the management and implementation of planned activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on synergy opportunities between OpCos and other external partners (local and international).
  • Responsible for driving innovation, design thinking, digital agility and operational efficiency, across end-to-end potential user and loyal / high-value customer management value chains.
  • Energize, excite and motivate stakeholders, to ensure ownership, accountability and functional delivery.
  • Be a team player, yet confident and a proactive self-initiator
  • Work closely with team members to meet regular business and operational needs.
  • Contribute in creating a high performance, agile & innovation-driven culture, with uncompromising integrity
  • Contribute in Robi’s customer lifecycle & value management domain, focusing on identifying white spots (behavioral insights and high-impact opportunity identification) for creating proactive propositions/solutions, aimed towards high value customer management.
  • Manage and follow up the entire segment lifecycle from meaningful consumer insights to translating them into profitable ideas.
  • Use market intelligence, advanced analytics and customer insights, as inputs for designing interventions, which incrementally improve customer attachment to Robi, increase brand affinity & loyalty among users.
  • Design, develop and execute 360-degree campaigns and ground initiatives for building loyalty of high value segments (through reward / loyalty programs), to contribute to the achievement of interim and annual revenue and market share business targets.
  • Consult, develop, plan, integrate, guide and drive region and segment specific initiatives and programs for reward/loyalty program management.
  • Conduct pre & post-execution performance analysis of initiatives (against targets and KPIs), related to high-value customer segments.
  • Monitor & advise on region/segment-specific performance and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure end-to-end Loyalty and Reward Program management including execution and performance (starting from designing, coordinating, partnering, implementing, branding, tracking and reporting).
  • Build a strong rapport with cluster/regional and cross functional teams for strong BTL execution of loyalty programs and relevant campaigns.
  • Actively explore cross-industry and cross-OpCo partnerships and collaboration to deliver the best loyalty and engagement experience for the high-value customers.
  • Ensure timely implementation of assigned CLM initiatives, strategic projects and partnerships.
  • Participate in, co-ordinate and oversee special projects, as directed by Robi Management, to deliver results in line with Robi’s strategic ambition and competitive strength.

In this company, Axiata of Malaysia holds a major controlling stake of 61.82%, Bharti Airtel of India holds 28.18%, and remaining 10% stake is hold by investors in DSE and CSE.

Eligibilities

  • Customer-centric understanding of Bangladesh telco industry, customer base and behavior, marketing science and customer service domains, along with hands-on experience in growth hacking, digital and social media marketing
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative / strategic thinking / design thinking abilities. Comfortable with numbers and with analyzing trends & mining customer insights (both structured and unstructured)
  • Strong project and program management skills, with understanding on bottom line impact of market actions and an eye for details
  • Ability to work both independently and in leading a team, along with strong communication and stakeholder management (both internal and external) skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented and collaborative attitude, with resilience and ability to work under pressure as well as with a bias for action
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of preparing financial business cases for major campaigns and investments
  • Experience with brand building, multi-channel advertising and social media / digital marketing & other customer engagement tactics
  • Good knowledge of the telco eco-system and end-to-end value chain required
  • Previous experience in managing loyalty program (including point-based customer engagement
  • program) will be preferred
  • At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in customer value management, preferably in telco industry.
  • Graduate / Post-graduate Degree (from a reputed institution, with a good academic standing), degree in business and science / computer science an added advantage
