Key Accountabilities

  • Regional Market Dynamics – Understand, interpret, quantify, prioritize & market analysis to ensure market projection of target revenue chain, find out the growth opportunities, market-based analysis of target revenue drivers.
  • Regional Market Strategy – execute in line with business strategies & based on regional market dynamics.
  • Build model on Segmentation: Geographic, demographic, Revenue stream, Cost stream, Monthly Regional benchmarking.
  • Revenue and cost Target setting for Region, Area and Thana based on opportunity, investment and company strategy. Dynamic forecasting for revenue chain and performance management by providing insights.
  • Segments and Regional Performance Management – monitor monthly, quarterly performance, variance analysis and developing bridge plans.
  • Integrate and lead new market development into leveraging macro to micro segment specific opportunity, presence and uniqueness.

Robi Axiata, the 2nd largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh currently owned by two major stakeholders being Axiata and Bharti Airtel. In this company, Axiata of Malaysia holds a major controlling stake of 61.82%, Bharti Airtel of India holds 28.18%, and remaining 10% stake is hold by investors in DSE and CSE.

Eligibilities

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  •  Telecom market value chain understanding (preferably in Marketing Strategy, Product & Pricing, Business Analytics works and impact on customers/retailers, experience of 2+ years in telecom planning)
  • Planning mind with tactical sense to collaborate, integrate and drive for status quo
  • Strong number sense with financial understanding on bottom line for market actions
  • Reporting sense and excellent analytical ability with very good MS EXCEL and PowerPoint presentation skill
  • Excellent analytical capability to interpret customer insight from large set of data.
  • Detail understanding of GSM business with end to end value chain understanding.
  • Data warehousing knowhow with understanding of commonly used reporting environment.
  • Capability to extract insights from unstructured data and initiate actions.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • BBA/MBA from a reputed university with good academic background

Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience

  • Knowledge in Telecom value chain is must
