Robi Axiata Limited is hiring Specialist, Budget and Governance, Infrastructure Management 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Requirements:
- Capitalization of Rollout Service PO in SAP-system after rollout completion.
- Collaborate with Vendors/ LSP for timely invoice submission on the completed work/ activities according to the PO line-items.
- Regular follow-up within rollout managers for Invoice processing in Work-flow tool, maintain SLA and report the performance weekly to focus & improve departmental compliance.
- Ensure payment of vendor/ LSP as per PO SLA in collaboration with Finance function (Treasury/ Account) and resolve if there is any dispute in invoice.
- Perform Open-Box-Inspection at Warehouse.
- Collaborate with Warehouse team, Logistics team & Supplier for Foreign/ Local material receiving and ensure OBI as per priority from Rollout team
- Ensure Material creation & Functional Location creation in SAP system.

Eligibilities
Academic Qualification
- B. Sc./ M. Sc. in Engineering and/or business, communications, or related field.
Skills Required
- Knowledge/ overview on SAP tool
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Strong analytical skill
- A strong sense of urgency and dedication to complete assigned task.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work smoothly with MS excel-tools.
