Pathao is looking for Merchant Relationship Executive 2021 in Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new merchants/brands in order to achieve targets
  • Prepare performance reports and follow up with existing merchants to ensure sustainable growth
  • Visit client’s operation areas whenever required
  • Regular follow up on existing accounts and prepare reports for the content team
  • Explore market and onboard clients as per business requirement
  • Follow up the growth clients’ portfolio and ensure monthly targets
  • Provide feasible solutions by identifying client issues
  • Formulate retention strategies and running retention campaigns as per requirement

Eligibilities

  • Graduation from any reputed university (Students from all departments are encouraged to apply)
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply but candidates having 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce will have an added advantage
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and G-Suit collaboration tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
