Job Responsibilities  :

• As HR Operations Partner, you are responsible for keeping the business informed about the people and organizational agenda and providing execute on the best most appropriate value-added HR solutions to meet business needs. This role touches lot of internal and external stakeholders, and communication and collaboration make the difference when it comes to engagement.

•You will report to the HR Business Partner and interact regularly with the management team, your HR colleagues as well as your other colleagues based both locally and across the globe. You are the key person providing daily support for HR activities, understanding business demands and forming a positive working relationship within HR and business teams. You support the needs of your team while always remembering that you are part of a larger organization. You act with high levels of professionalism and integrity, while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.
