Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and delivering customized solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services that meet the needs of our key clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience relevent field. (Experience in Key Account Management & Business development )
- Must have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to onboard and manage renowned Electronics Brands.
- Candidate having FMCG/ Electronics / E-Commerce Background are highly preferred.
