Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
- Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
- Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
- Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance daraz brand image.
- Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
