Job Responsibilities:

• He will be responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise the financial transactions within and outside the company.
• Propose an annual budget based on organizational goals and the planned targets of production.
• Control and protect the assets in the interest of the organization.
• Watch the cash flow over the financial transaction with the clients and the purchaser of the assets of the company.
• Report the fiscal profit/loss incurred on a yearly or weekly basis.
• Interact with financial staff and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year.
• Handle the day-to-day job performance of the staff members and manage the payroll activities.
• Provide solutions for risk management.
• Plan strategic and long-term business plans in support of the financial manager and other managers.
• The main responsibility would be to assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
• Record and analyze the company’s financial information.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly bank transaction activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare financial reports for other concerns, partners, and tax and vat authorities.
• Handle All Tax and Vat related issues of the Companies from time to time
• Responsible for Submission of VAT returns and able to face and finalize the assessment of the return each Month
• Always Monitor on deduction of Tax and VAT at source and deposit the same as to the Govt. Treasury on time.
• Prepare Tax & Vat Accounts and handle professionally Tax & Vat authorities independently (6.2.1, 6.3, 6.6, 9.1, 2.5 etc)
• Keep Liaison and communication with Tax & Vat office
• VAST knowledge in the area of company matters with RJSC & NBR.
