BRAC is hiring Senior Officer, HR Field Operation, Human Resource Division 2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with various departments/Programs of field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate & organize field based recruitment & selection process.
• To Identify, retain & develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
• Involve with the whole process of project staff recruitment.
• Involve with the activities related to health insurance matters of field offices.
• Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
• Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staff in field offices.
• To strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis.
• Ensure on time performance appraisal & actively involve with the program people to make it effective.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
