Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods and services within the lead time
- Develop new sources to minimize the supply chain risk
- Prepare RFQ/RFP and get it approved by the appropriate authority and float it to relevant suppliers
- Estimate cost parameters and confirm the budget before purchases
- Analyze previous record of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Prioritize requisitions based on operational urgency and process for procurement accordingly
- Process payment requests for quick disbursement of supplier bills
- Coordinate with team lead, team members, and internal & external stakeholders

Eligibilities
Education:
- A Bachelor Degree (Preferable in Supply Chain) from any reputed university
Experience:
- 1 year of relevant work experience in Procurement
- Any course or PGD in Supply Chain Management or Procurement will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the procurement process, vendor development, and ERP software
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices of a supply chain management
- Good analytical skills with MS Office proficiency and any analytical software knowledg
