Banglalink is looking for Head of Transformation Management 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibility:
- Develop detailed Project management framework, identity, prioritize and finalize the approved key Projects and initiatives to drive with a phased approach
- Develop a governance process and methodology to ensure all the key projects are managed under a common structured approach (Project plan, communication plan, project team resources, financial budget, project review and monitoring, project reporting, etc)
- Drive and lead Process simplification and automation agenda at Banglalink
- Develop a Digital transformation blueprint for our core digital products and services for B2C customers, drive and lead in developing futuristic digital products & solutions for B2B customers
- Support in designing, driving, and execution of agreed initiatives as part of Digital Operator ambition and collaborate with partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project executions
- Support in developing Digital transformation blueprint for Technology and IT to ensure robust and future-fit systems, solutions and Infrastructure are in place and develop a future-fit IT architecture
- Provide cross-functional project support in collaboration and coordination with PMO function for capability assessment and gap analysis

Eligibilities
Required Academic Qualifications
- Master’s degree / MBA / Engineering / Professional Degree (CMA/CA) is preferable
- Professional certification in Project management (PMP, Prince 2, etc) will be an added advantage
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology companies and senior management roles will be preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Expert knowledge and experience in Project Management
- Experience in Financial Planning, Forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot trends and create new business opportunities
- Financial knowledge and understanding
- Advanced knowledge of the telecom industry, Digital solutions, business modeling, cost optimization or restructuring-
- MS office skills (Advanced knowledge excel, powerpoint, Power BI, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration with cross-functional team and must be a good team player
