Banglalink is hiring Head of B2B Product & Marketing 2022 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibility:
  • Formulate B2B segment strategy, and growth plan, prepare an operating plan, set up business KPIs, and recommend action plans to B2B leaders to achieve KPIs and grow contribution to Banglalink’s revenue;
  • Develop, and manage value proposition (including product/features/pricing) for corporate clients and SMEs, primarily for Mobility services in order to acquire and retain customers, and perform upsell/cross-sell;
  • Lead the Monthly/Quarterly review of the B2B business up to segments and detailed KPIs
  • Develop the marketing/branding plan for B2B domains to create a sustainable and solution-centric image among corporate clients;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders e.g.- IT/BSM, Regulatory, and Finance to change, develop the products, and ensure on-time GTM;
  • Lead the Data penetration and growth ambition and materialize it through account/segment level analysis, developing a value proposition that is expected to increase data penetration, and consumption and hence grow revenue;
  • Collaborate with Loyalty/Partnership team to manage B2B/Postpaid High-Value segments;
  • Drive the team toward Bundle penetration, Gross Add, and quality of new acquisitions both in SME  and corporate segments;
  • Lead and coach the team along with providing guidance for their development and career plan

Eligibilities

Required Academic Qualifications
  • Minimum BBA/BSS/BSc degree from any UGC approved University
  • An MBA degree is an added advantage
Required Experience
  • 9-10 years total experience with 5-6 years’ relevant experience in product/marketing in the Telecom industry
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Sound knowledge of business segmentation, pricing methodology and business strategy in-depth understanding of consumers/clients, market dynamics and demographics
  • Hands-on customer/client’s lifecycle management knowledge
  • Good understanding of technical framework of Telecom
  • Knowledge of segment behavior
  • Sound knowledge of Brand management & Communication management
  • Strong Knowledge of reporting/dashboards/other performance management tools
  • Ability to lead or mobilize people
