Banglalink is hiring Core Service Specialist Engineer 2021 in Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth service availability by effective execution of scheduled tasks done on regular basis of CS & PS elements, i.e. health check, specific performance check, preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure complete Network availability by following Incident verification and take preemptive measures in case of any emergency
- Perform activities on test bed to ensure successful execution on live platform and pre checks before executing work orders
- Review project plan before rollouts & provide feedback considering the business need and operational efficiency
- Review integration or any activities required for new services and ensure existing services are not impacted during rollout
- Ensure proper installation of equipment on site according to plan and provide support in creation of all necessary databases to integrate the new node in the live system
- Ensure the smooth operation of new node by close monitoring of all system related alarms and KPI values and communicate with stakeholders to ensure resolution time as per SLA

Eligibilities
Required Academic Qualifications:
- Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any UGC approved university
Required Experience:
- 2 to 4 years working experience in telecommunication covering Core Network operations (CS and/or PS Core)
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Expert knowledge On Core Network including Core Nodes (MSS/MGW/SGSN/GGSN/STP/HSS), sound knowledge on IP.
- Deep understanding of various signaling protocols MAP, CAP, Diameter, BICC, ISUP, SIP etc.; good understanding of CS and PS call flows.
- Experience in interacting of 3rd party technical vendors.
- Experience in working with External Service Provider like ISP, IIG, IGW, ICX, etc.
