Alpha Consortium Ltd. is looking for a Senior Creative Designer 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.
- Work with the e-commerce team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
- QA design for errors.
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team to create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
- Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
- Preparing, and maintaining a sophisticated design plan for all digital media campaigns.
- Responsible for overseeing all activities regarding creative design, and their insights, and keep updating the supervisor.

Eligibilities
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant fields.
- Having practical experience in a renowned E-commerce organization.
- Demonstrated accomplishment of previous work.
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written communication in English.
- Excellent command of interpersonal communication, and team management.
- Good at workplace etiquette, work ethic, relationship management, conflict management, and positive attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure.
