Career Progression: Ezzy Automations ltd considers Interns and Trainee Executive as the first leg of the”Executive Cadre” who usually are the quick learners and intellectually rigorous with the capability to grow faster in career to succeed in the future leadership positions with the gaining of experience overtime. Selected trainee executive will pass through a planned traineeship period of six month from the date of entry.Only short listed candidates will be called for a written test based on merit and successful candidates will be asked to come for viva.
Job Context: Selected candidates must give a Training and Development bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of three(3) years after completion of their internship period.Nominated mentors will coach them, Guide them and train them on the job to shape up their competence and operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the “Executive” within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the internship period.
