Project Name: Let be the competition by giving trees as gifts to the environment.
Project Motto: Not only people but also need food for the environment.

Purpose of the project: The Bengali monsoon season is running and we know that this is the best time to plant trees. Besides, we are suffering from a tiny virus called COVID19. So on the occasion of the rainy season and Covid19, we want to give trees as a gift to the environment as well as the feed to people. By this project, the UMBRELLA family wants to inspire the people to plant a total number of 64000 or more trees, at least 1000 trees plant in each of the districts of Bangladesh. After the COVID19, this project will play a vital role to build a beautiful and nature-friendly Bangladesh.

Description:
This year is different from previous years. The whole world is going to the pandemic situation for a tiny protein particle virus which is called COVID19. Already lots of people had died and affected by this disease. People are jobless and lead a miserable life. There is showing a shortage of foods in low income and developing countries like Bangladesh. Government and non-governmental institutions are trying to help the people at their best in many ways.

In addition, volunteer platforms like them are raising awareness in different parts of the country as well as delivering everything from food to necessities. So as a nonprofit organization, they have also taken an initiative. However, this initiative is a little exceptional from others. They want to give trees as a gift to the environment which has been destroying by human beings for many years. Want to increase the amount of pure oxygen by planting the trees which are called a friend of the environment.

We think that like many others, there are lots of reasons had behind the birth or aggressive spread of this virus and natures damaged by human beings one of them. It can be the result of the curse of the environment and nature that is given to us by God.

We are constantly harming the environment by our actions in various ways and deforestation is one of the main reasons. Every nation is required to have 25% of forest land of the total resources of the country. But Bangladesh has 16% (according to the government) and also 5% (according to the World Research Institute) of forest land. ( source: dpe.bandarban.gov.bd).

Considering all of these aspects, they have taken up this project to give trees as a gift to the environment. They confidently believe that the people of our country will give a positive response to our initiative. They are going to give FIRST, SECOND and THIRD prizes or certificates as Environmentalist Award-2020 are basically an announcement to encourage the participators as recognition of good work.
