Art of Well-being is a presentation training and competition of 3 days:
1st day: You will be taught how to make a beautiful poster practically.
2nd day: You will be taught how to give a presentation in front of everyone in education life and professional life.
Everyone will get a time of 1 week to prepare a poster and give a presentation in front of everyone using the lessons of your 1st and 2nd-day training.
3rd day: You will have to give a presentation on the poster you have made. This will create competition among participants. You will get feedback, suggestions to enhance your presentation skills, and exciting prizes.

This three-day-long event will explore how professional poster and presentation slide-making training can be applied to real-world events for personal growth and target achievement. The experts and professionals will demonstrate how to create and evaluate posters and presentations for each individual during the session exercise. To raise awareness among young people, the discussion of training parameters will focus on health-related issues. Participants in the session will use Google Meet to engage in discussions with the experts to put what they have learned in the sessions to proper use. Finally, on Day 3, an evaluation test will be held, where everyone will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise and achieve rewards.
Day 1: HOW TO MAKE A POSTER
When: 05 Nov 2021, Friday at 7:30 pm
Description:
A two-hour session will introduce and explore all of the ins and outs of creating a professional poster that can be used for any occasion and can be printed or viewed online. It will also provide an overview of poster-making concepts, as well as their advantages and purposes. Moreover, there will be an open Q&A section at the end of the session, where anyone can ask relevant questions.
The session will also summarize context related to:
– The significance of creating appealing posters.
– The easiest method for creating attractive posters.
– Overcome any poster-making ambiguities.
– Compare and contrast the qualities of a good and a bad poster.
– Draw up a list of poster-making tips.
Day 2: PRESENTATION SKILLS
When: 06 Nov 2021, Saturday at 7:30 pm
Description:
A two-hour session will explain and discuss all of the points and facts of making a professional presentation that can be utilized in any career, not just academia. It will also give an overview of presentation-making principles, including their benefits and potential. Furthermore, the appropriate body language, attire, and hand gestures will be a significant focus of this session. At the end of the session, there will be an open Q&A part when anybody can ask relevant questions.
The session will also summarize context related to:
– The significance of creating an appropriate presentation.
– The best way of making a professional presentation.
– Overcome any doubts about making a presentation and delivering a speech.
– Understand the impact of body language and hand movements.
– Compare and contrast the characteristics of a successful and unsuccessful presentation.
– Draw up a list of presentation-making tips.
Day 3: EVALUATION TEST
When: 12 Nov 2021, Friday at 7:30 pm
Description:
After two days of training, participants will have an additional seven days to prepare and deliver a presentation on any health-related topic (e.g., Mental Health, Depression, Stress Management, COVID-19, Diabetes, Hypertension Awareness, Importance of hygiene, etc.) to a mass audience. The participants will exhibit their learning, and the expert will evaluate it and advise the participants of all the positive and negative aspects of their presentation. There will also be an open Q&A session where anyone can ask relevant questions, with prizes awarded to the best performers.
Presentation Topic for the Evaluation Test: Any health-related topic (e.g., Mental Health, Depression, Stress Management, COVID-19, Diabetes, Hypertension Awareness, Importance of hygiene, etc.)
