BRAC is looking for Deputy Manager, Marketing & Outreach (Contractual Position) 2026 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign & Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies to strengthen BRAC Academy’s brand, visibility, and parent/student interaction across target districts. Lead student enrollment campaigns, field engagement initiatives, and promotional activities to hit annual targets.
  • Branding & Material Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing, branding, and promotional materials. Coordinate closely with design, content, and IT teams to develop communication materials, enhance the Academy’s website, and prepare high-quality pitches for teachers, parents, and community stakeholders.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to maximize audience engagement, track performance metrics, and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research and community mapping to identify potential student segments, competitive landscapes, and outreach opportunities. Prepare and review marketing reports, proposals, concept notes, and special project documentation as required.
  • Safeguarding & Inclusion: Ensure the safety of team members and program participants from harm, abuse, neglect, and harassment. Actively promote, endorse, and practice safeguarding policies and standard reporting procedures in every course of action.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or outreach initiatives (including field-level marketing and digital engagement).
  • Must be able to showcase a portfolio of past marketing or communication materials, campaigns, and branding concepts.
  • Strong analytical ability with proven market research, spreadsheet analysis, and insight-generation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and driving digital audience engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High adherence to safeguarding standards and human dignity.
