The Model ASEAN Meeting 2015 organised by the ASEAN Foundation promises an authentic experience to understand ASEAN. The ASEAN Foundation is the people’s arm of ASEAN and is mandated by the ASEAN Charter to support the Secretary-General of ASEAN in supporting the ASEAN Community building process. The First Model ASEAN Meeting 2015 will be an interactive process where YOU, the students, will role-play a senior official of an ASEAN meeting. You will understand how ASEAN as an inter-governmental system works and learn about the decision making process to understand how regional agreements and cooperation are cultivated. It will be an interesting and enjoyable experience!
More so because the First Model ASEAN Meeting 2015 will be organised coinciding with the 27th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur in November 2015!!
